Do you have a storefront I can visit?
We do not have a shop open to the public. If you need to come by to pick up a piece, our private studio is located at 4711 Westside Drive, Dallas TX 75209.

Can I request something I don’t see in your library?
Of course! Please send a message through the contact form, outlining what you would like. Once we know the details, we will send you a special ordering link ASAP.
Can you explain the differences in your print mediums?
- Art Print: Polar White Speciality Art Paper (#60)
- Framed Art Print: Double Matted and set in a black-stained, maple frame (real wood).
- Wrapped Canvas: 1.5” Gallery Wrapped Canvas, stretched around an internal wood frame.
- Framed Wrapped Canvas: Set in a black, wood floating frame.
Can I order a custom size or color?
Ordering a specific size or choosing custom color to match your decor is no problem. Call or email with your details and we’ll provide a quote ASAP.
How can I give Bespoken Art as a gift?
If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind gift idea, check out our Gift Certificate page. We can send the certificate in the mail or as a printable PDF document via email.
What’s the difference between “Personalized” and “Custom”?
Great question! Personalized = You Provide the Audio. Custom = Bespoken Provides the Audio. For example, if you want your voice, that would be personalized. If you want a song by Elvis Presley that is not currently in our library, that would be custom.
AUDIO SUBMISSION
How do I get my audio to you for a personalized print?
The most common method is to upload the audio file when placing the order. You can also email it to us after, or even record your audio over the phone. Most current cell phones have their own voice recorder, so making an audio can be done even without a computer. If you have any questions about how to make your recording, please let us know.
Can you extract audio from voicemails or videos?
Yes, we have extracted countless audio files from voicemails and videos. Let us know what you’re dealing with and we’ll let you know the best way for us to capture your audio.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
What is the turnaround time for my Sound Portrait?
- Art Prints (typically) are typically delivered within 5-7 business days
- Canvases, Framed Prints, and Framed Canvases are typically turned around within 8-10 business days. If you have specific deadline requirements, please note those during checkout and we will try to accommodate.
Does Bespoken Art ship Internationally?
Yes! There are some size restrictions, but we can ship most prints and canvases internationally. Unfortunately, for the framed prints, we only offer US shipping. Please let us know if you have any questions.
